Tip Top Fitness LLC ("we," "us") runs this website. We collect the minimum information we need to respond to inquiries and understand how this website is used.

What we collect

• Contact info you give us when you call, text, email, or request a session — your name, phone, email, fitness goals.
• Intro-session requests use Google Forms. Google stores your answers for Tip Top Fitness, and the business account receives new-response notifications. We use your reply contact, optional availability, and optional self-reported discovery source to handle the inquiry. Other respondents cannot see your answers.
• When form-submission measurement is enabled, a server-side Google Analytics event records that an intro-request form was submitted. It does not include your name, contact details, availability, or form answers, and it is not linked to your browsing session. It measures an inquiry only—not a confirmed booking or an advertising conversion.
• Website and advertising analytics through Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, including page visits, referral information, browser/device information, and contact-link clicks. Google services may use cookies and advertising identifiers, subject to your browser and consent settings.
• Referral and campaign information from links and browser-session storage helps distinguish website traffic sources. If you tell us how you heard about us, we may keep that answer with your inquiry. A contact-link click or form request is not recorded as a confirmed session or payment.
• An anonymous website-experiment assignment stored only in your browser, so you consistently see the same version while we compare which presentation is more useful. It contains no name, contact information, or cross-site identifier.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not upload your calendar appointments or inquiry contact details as offline Google Ads conversions.
• Please do not send medical history or other sensitive information through an initial inquiry.

Your rights

Under California law you can request a copy of what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any sale. Just email contact@tiptopfitness-sb.com with your request.
