Hi, I'm Laurence.
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with more than 10 years of training clients across Santa Barbara. I'm also an ISSA Exercise Therapist, which is the credential I lean on most when I'm working with clients in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s — or anyone coming back from injury.
Tip Top Fitness is just me. One trainer, one-on-one, training real people who want to get stronger without getting hurt. I come to your house, meet you at the beach, or work with you in a private studio. Whatever fits your life.
If you've never trained before, you're in the right place. If you used to train hard and now you're stuck, you're also in the right place. The program is built around you, not the other way around.
