“Laurence has been working with my 91-year-old mom for the past year, after she had been bedridden for over a year and a half. With his steady support and guidance, she's been able to start walking again and regain strength we didn't think was possible.”

Frequently asked
- I haven't exercised in years. Is this for me?
- Especially for you. Most of my senior clients start out feeling unsteady or out of practice. We start where you are — gentle, safe movements — and build up gradually.
- Will you come to my home?
- Yes. In-home training is the most common setup for senior clients. No driving, no gym anxiety, full privacy.
- I've had a hip/knee replacement or other surgery. Can you still train me?
- Yes — that's where the Corrective Exercise Specialist credential matters. With your doctor's clearance, I design programs around your specific situation.
- How often should I train?
- Two sessions a week is the sweet spot for most senior clients. We can start with one if you're unsure.
